• One person speaks at a time. Side conversations are not allowed.


• We listen, explore options, and express our feelings.


• We do not prescribe, diagnose, judge, or give advice - we only suggest.


• We strive to remain upbeat and do not become a platform for complaints.


• When connecting with group members on the phone, we strive for short conversation trying not to monopolize any one person's time.


• We encourage attendance by family members and friends.
